1 Information We Collect
We believe in data minimization and only collect information essential for fulfilling your developer requests:
- Developer Contact Data: Your name, organization, and work email address provided during sandbox provisioning to dispatch API keys, webhook endpoints, and integration credentials.
- Customer Support Records: Technical queries submitted via WhatsApp or email, used exclusively to troubleshoot API integration and assist with setup.
- Technical Telemetry: Anonymous telemetry (such as IP-derived latency data, model token throughput, and request headers) used solely for rate limiting, latency SLA compliance, and cluster health monitoring.
🛡️ Zero Payment Data Retention: Dromber Technologies NEVER stores, processes, or retains credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs. All payment processing is encrypted and handled directly by Razorpay under RBI PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
2 How We Utilize Your Information
We utilize developer data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
- To dispatch API keys and webhook simulator access for the Developer Sandbox (Free), Production Commerce Engine (₹3,999/mo), and Enterprise Cluster immediately upon registration.
- To dispatch critical latency SLA notifications, security advisories, and model gateway updates.
- To send transaction confirmations and Razorpay invoice receipts for production licenses.
- To enforce API rate limits and defend against automated abuse.
We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade developer contact details to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Dromber Technologies operates a lean, privacy-first interface. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies, Facebook Pixel, or invasive behavioral tracking.
We only employ minimal in-memory local state to manage session telemetry, facilitate the Developer Alpha pilot application modal, and prevent abuse of the Seron AI chat widget.
5 Data Retention & User Rights
We retain transactional contact logs (customer name, email, and Razorpay payment ID) for standard accounting and tax compliance under Indian financial reporting requirements.
You have the right to request access to your stored records or request complete deletion of non-essential records by messaging our grievance officer directly on WhatsApp with your payment reference.
