Includes Shipping, Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policies • Effective: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and usage of developer endpoints from Dromber Technologies (https://dromber.site). By creating an account, evaluating developer endpoints, or provisioning commercial API licenses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Indian commercial regulations.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may access our materials only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1 Developer Licensing & Platform Pricing
Dromber Technologies provides enterprise conversational commerce engine licenses and high-throughput developer API infrastructure in India:
50k tokens/mo, 100 webhooks/day, test catalog mockups, and live terminal sandbox access.
10M tokens/mo, sub-1.2s roundtrip SLA, PA-API v5 / Flipkart / Cuelinks tool calling, and automated 194H attribution tagging.
Dedicated VPC cluster, multi-region failover, custom catalog connectors, and 99.99% uptime SLA.
2 API Provisioning & Delivery SLA (100% Instant Digital Access)
All services offered by Dromber Technologies are delivered digitally as cloud API endpoints and software developer tokens:
- Zero Physical Shipping: No physical hardware or physical packages are shipped. There are zero shipping or handling fees.
- Instant Credential Generation: Developer sandbox tokens and production API keys are provisioned immediately within 1 to 5 minutes of registration or payment verification.
- Developer Onboarding Support: If an organization requires VPC tunneling or webhook endpoint verification, our engineering team provides direct setup assistance via WhatsApp at +91 98947 51469 or email at developer@dromber.site.
3 Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Developer Sandbox (Free Tier):
The Developer Sandbox is provided at zero cost for testing, benchmarking, and prototyping. No credit card is required.
Production Subscriptions (Monthly Licensing):
Subscribers may cancel their recurring monthly license at any time prior to the next billing cycle. If our API fails to meet our published 99.9% uptime SLA during any billing period, customers are eligible for a prorated service credit or refund upon request.
Enterprise Deployments:
Enterprise custom clusters are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and custom Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
4 Developer License & Acceptable API Usage Policy
Dromber Technologies grants developers and organizations a revocable, non-exclusive license to interface with our conversational orchestration endpoints:
- All integrations must adhere to Anthropic Usage Policies and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Platform Guidelines.
- Outbound conversational deep links must maintain transparent commercial disclosures complying with ASCI guidelines and Section 194H tax metadata.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to disrupt gateway clusters via distributed Denial-of-Service attacks is strictly prohibited.
5 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to transactions on Dromber Technologies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
